Angela is the inaugural Dean of Faculty for The White Mountain School, an independent boarding school in Bethlehem, New Hampshire, where she enjoys bridging relational and institutional priorities with a dedication to experiential learning and growth. Prior to joining White
Mountain, Angela built a successful career as a marketing and branding executive, leading diverse teams in strategic planning, global product, and business development. Angela has led initiatives and turnaround strategies in senior leadership roles with boutique brands such as L.L

Angela has leveraged years of leadership experience and connection through authentic collaboration, facilitating dialogue, and identifying root causes of resistance to change. Leveraging her organizational development experience, Angela brings the values of inclusive belonging as a coach and consultant into business, educational, non-profit sectors. She enjoys facilitating cultural assessments, giving voice and agency to untapped teams, executive coaching, and integrating the principles of equity, and belonging from strategic planning to implementation.
Angela’s research passions include exploring the nexus of spirituality and culture, committed to the integration of compassionate action and positive transformation. She has a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Maine, an Authentic Leadership Certificate from aropa University, and is working toward a Master of Liberal Studies at Dartmouth College. In addition to serving on the board of the Solfire Relational Institute, she also serves on the board of The Colonial Theater, dedicated to fostering arts and culture in a growing community.
