Sara Clark is a facilitator, trainer, and team coach working in the intersections of communication, culture, and power. She is known for balancing structure with what’s alive in the room, drawing on tools from intergroup dialogue to improv in support of meaningful conversations and change.
Driven to bridge differences, Sara prioritizes fostering relationships and being a “good guest” – in other’s homes, communities, organizations, and this planet. She’s spent twenty years working in international and multicultural organizations, as well as four years living in Latin America. After concerted focus on bridging across culture, personality, and neurodivergence through communication and organizational processes, Sara encountered another route to bridging – shared experiences of grief. How this will weave into her future is still unknown, but she is curious to see what unfolds.
Sara has a master’s degree in Global Studies from the University of Oregon and completed LIFT Economy’s Next Economy MBA program. She is bilingual in Spanish and is certified in Intercultural Conflict Styles, as well as Agile Coaching and Team Facilitation
